Processing time

Orders are processed within 2 to 4 business days once your order is placed, excluding holidays. Orders placed after 12 PM EST will be processed the following business day.

 

Please note that all estimated delivery dates and times are based on the shipping provider's business days and may not account for weekends and holidays.

 

Can I change the shipping address of my order?

Accidentally enter the wrong shipping address? Please contact our Customer Care Team as soon as possible. We will try our best to get our hands on the package before it leaves our warehouse. Keep in mind that as soon as the order has been processed completely, we can’t make any changes anymore. 

 

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided and the package is returned to us, we will contact you to issue a refund minus the shipping cost. 

 

Please note we do not reship items; you will need to place a new order.

 

My package hasn't been delivered yet. Where might it be?

It might be possible that the estimated delivery time has changed, or that you accidentally entered the wrong address. The estimated delivery time didn’t change and is your address correct? Please check your email again to see if you received a message from the shipping company. The package may have been delivered to a pick-up point or a different address, or your delivery window may have been rescheduled.

 

While we take every precaution to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition, we are not liable for lost or damaged packages caused by the shipping carrier. If your package arrives damaged, please take photos and contact us so we can initiate a claim with the carrier.

 

Can I change my order?

Once an order is placed our team processes your order directly to ensure the quickest delivery. Once the order has been placed, the items purchased cannot be changed and discounts cannot be added. Please ensure that all information and discounts are entered correctly. 

 

Order Cancellation

An order can be canceled within 24 hours of submitting the order. Unfortunately, once an order has been shipped and moved to fulfillment it cannot be cancelled.
