We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
Note: Buyer is responsible for loss in value (as agreed upon with seller) if an item isn’t returned in its original condition.

SHIPPING POLICY
Orders are processed within 2 to 4 business days once your order is placed excluding holidays. Orders placed after 12PM EST will be processed the following business day.
An order can be canceled within 24 hours of submitting the order. Unfortunately, once an order has been shipped and moved to fulfillment it cannot be cancelled.

I can't lie to you.. I've tried soo many products on my curlzz and they've left my hair dry and brittle hours later if not the next day. I tried this product today at around 2pm and it's almost 7pm. My hair has the same volume, shine, bounce, and hydration from the time that I put the products in my hair. It smells soo good and it has my hair feeling lightweight. That's my testimony.
