REFUND AND EXCHANGES
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
Note: Buyer is responsible for loss in value (as agreed upon with seller) if an item isn’t returned in its original condition.
Exchanges are not accepted. Please return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
SHIPPING POLICY
Orders are processed within 2 to 4 business days once your order is placed excluding holidays. Orders placed after 12PM EST will be processed the following business day.
An order can be canceled within 24 hours of submitting the order. Unfortunately, once an order has been shipped and moved to fulfillment it cannot be cancelled.

My curls have never felt this healthy. The Moonlight Butter is my favorite, it melts into my hair and keeps it soft all day. A little goes a long way with this hair growth butter. Not only do it keep my hair soft and moisturized but I can see the length retention in it as will. Lady Euvoia has became a permanent part of my hair routine and will be trying the other product soon.
Most butters fade by the afternoon, but the Moonlight butter keeps my hair hydrated and moisturized all day long. Even the smell is the best, it smells so good it makes you want to eat it lol. Trust me you have to try this hair butter it's the best on the market in my opinion.
